The Vision of God's Tabernacle of Refuge & Deliverance is to bring about restoration and healing within the lives of the wounded and broken in spirit. It is our desire to help restore and educate through the Word of God to bring about total deliverance. We believe that once deliverance has taken place, the door is open for change. God wants to see a change in the lives of His people, so that his Glory might be revealed in us.

It is our goal to fulfill this ongoing Vision by implementing the following basic steps:

1. To win lost souls to Christ.
   
2. To minister to the needs of hurting people
   minister (Hebrew: diakone): to serve as an attendant; to wait upon or in the sense of relieving one's necessities; supply the necessaries of life
   
3. Educate: To teach and instruct people in the word of God, that they may grow and become strong Christians abounding in the strength of God's Word.
   1. Education Centers: educating the illiterate that they may be able to read and write and offer tutoring for our youth that are in school.
   
   
4. Trade Centers: To provide trade centers so that people will learn certain skills to prepare them for economic stability — i.e. Money Management Classes.
   
5. Pre-Start Housing: To provide temporary housing until he/she is able to get their own apartment or housing — maximum 3 months housing period and person must complete Money Management Classes.
   
6. Youth Centers: To meet the needs of our youth, who are trapped in a society so full of pressure — pressures from school, their peers, domestic problems, etc.. Many of our youth have gone astray because they're misunderstood. This will be a place where our youth can talk and be listened to; receive Godly counseling and tutoring.
   
7. Nursing Facilities: To provide a loving and caring atmosphere for the elderly and minister to them spiritually.
